Roles and Responsibility

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify trends in technology, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
  • Analyse market demands, competitor strategies, and potential customer needs to identify opportunities for new software products or enhancements.
  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including custom emailing, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients or customers.
  • Understand client pain points and suggest innovative IT solutions aligned with market needs.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to define product vision and roadmaps.
  • Work closely with product development teams to prioritize features and ensure solutions meet high standards.
  • Ensure alignment with usability, performance, and reliability criteria.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns highlighting software solutions.
  • Provide technical insights to craft marketing messages and sales pitches.
  • Develop and present business proposals communicating the value proposition of IT solutions.
  • Tailor proposals to the specific needs and challenges of each prospective client.
  • Keep abreast of programming languages, software development tools, and IT industry trends.
  • Encourage innovation within the company by exploring emerging technologies.
